Who has access to the data?

We never pass on, sell or swap your data to third parties for marketing purposes outside Home Icon. Data that is forwarded to third parties, for example shipping agents in connection with the delivery of goods, is only used to meet Home Icon’s commitments to you.

A cookie is a small text file that is saved to, and, during subsequent visits, retrieved from your computer or mobile device. Home Icon uses cookies to enhance and simplify your visit. We do not use cookies to store personal information or to disclose information to third parties.

There are two types of cookies: permanent and temporary (session cookies). Permanent cookies are stored as a file on your computer or mobile device for no longer than 12 months.

Session cookies are stored temporarily and disappear when you close your browser session. We use third-party cookies to collect statistics in aggregate form in analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Core Metrics. Purchase of products

The advertising of products on our website constitutes an “invitation to treat” rather than a contractual offer. We may periodically change the products available on our website and we do not undertake to continue to supply any particular product or type of product. The sale and purchase of products through our website will be subject to terms and conditions of sale and we will ask you to agree to the terms of that document each time you make a purchase on our website.

Description of products, images and pricing

Each product on the Pep Pans website has its own description and images. These descriptions and images to the best of our knowledge outline key product specifications, dimensions, features and shipping information. Pep Pans endeavour to keep this information up to date however there may be occasions where changes to a product result in slightly dated information at the time of your order. Pep Pans will not be held responsible if an error has been made but will act quickly to amend any mistakes which may have occurred. Home Icon has the right to cancel orders and refund customers’ if a pricing error or any other error has occurred.

Return costs

Please note that return costs are not reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty, incorrectly supplied goods or orders returned within the 14-day cooling-off period. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the return cost of unwanted goods

Events outside of our control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by a Force Majeure ‘Event Outside Our Control’.

An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disasters, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under these terms we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you and our obligations under these terms will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control.
