          Improved our chips and roasting for veg.Wanted better chips without needing to upgrade to an air-fryer. This is a great option in our electric oven. Hardly more than a god quality pan!

          I previously had the copper version of this and love it for cooking in the oven, allowing good heat circulation.Over time, the copper discoloured with many black marks. Still function well.Having had a new kitchen with black worktops, I bought two of these to match the kitchen and hopefully last longer visually.
